It was so fun to have another session with Ashley and Mike! When I first photographed these two, we had a family session. With engagement pictures, it was nice to be able to put the focus of these photographs on the love in their relationship. The soft light made for lovely afternoon exploring through the backwoods of Wisconsin!

I truly enjoy photographing and documenting special moments, especially when family and friends are involved! The bride-to-be, Betsy, has been my friend since we were both princesses/ neighboring town ambassadors during our high school days. Our friendship grew even more as we both attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire for college. Years later, I was so excited when Betsy asked me about photographing her wedding day! Unfortunately, I was already booked! To be able to share this special shoot with them was like getting to see a piece of the love they would spend on their big day! I had the pleasure of photographing this tiny beauty when she was just born. So to see her again at one - it's just incredible to capture how much she's grown. Smash cake photos are always fun at this age and incorporating more elements of pink - well, that's just icing on the cake. Happy Birthday, Aubrie!

We had a lovely afternoon exploring Eau Claire for these engagement pictures. Our excursion ranged from photographing at an urban industrial location to one of my favorite parks. These two were so photogenic and fun, I truly can't wait for their big day! 

Natalie's Newborn Session | Eau Claire, WI

It seemed not so long ago that I shot Lindsay's maternity photos - although, for Lindsay, I'm sure it felt much longer. But at last, Natalie is here! This family is too cute for words. Lindsay and Charlie are so in love with their little princess, and it was easily captured. 

O'Keefe Family Session | Durand, WI

These family portraits were a part of Nicole and TJ's engagement session! Our last post definitely displayed the rainy weather, but as we waited through the afternoon, the clouds held a little bit longer to take some family pictures! It was fun to take our formal shots and then have some fun in the woods to capture some more casual poses.
